Zespri Privacy Notice

Zespri International Limited (Zespri or "we") recognises that you have rights over your personal information. This notice, together with our Privacy Statement, outlines how and why we will collect, use, share, store and protect your information.

By filling out this survey, we will use your information to understand and assess the pathway to electrification of on-orchard electrification for kiwifruit and to develop a calculator to support individual orchard-level assessments of the impact of replacing fossil fuel machines with electric on costs and emissions reduction. Where you have indicated you would like to win a $100 voucher, or be involved in a further deep dive study, we will use the contact information you provide in this form for that purpose.

We are using a trusted third-party partner, Rewiring Aotearoa, to collect and store your supplied information securely in New Zealand and Australia and in accordance with Rewiring’s Privacy Policy. The data may also be used in a national electrification study that Rewiring Aotearoa is undertaking. All data provided in this survey will be aggregated before being published in the report and calculator. We will hold your personal information for 12 months or only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

You have rights over the information Zespri holds about you. You may withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information at any time. You are entitled to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
