We want to help you put solar on your property for zero upfront cost, and have the tenant pay back the solar through their electricity bills over time.

You get a more desirable property with lower costs-of-living so it's easier for your tenant to pay rent. Your tenant gets lower energy bills even while paying back the solar. It's a win-win, and you do the right thing for the environment at the same time. The systems are inspected and warrantied to give you peace of mind.
