Fast, clean, and quiet: Harry Bycroft knows that electric boats are the future. At the Electrify Te Tai Tokerau Expo, he took us for a tour of Ngaru (under the watchful eye of his mother Fiona Bycroft, the CEO of Naut) and he's a pretty good salesman.
As he explained, the boat can get up to 80km/h in around five seconds, it doesn't put any bad stuff in the ocean, and anyone who goes on it is guaranteed to catch a fish because you can sneak up on them.
