Lyttelton Energy Transition Society

Lyttelton Energy Transition Society exists to promote, support, and manage the use of renewable energy sources, such that the people of Whakaraupō Lyttelton Harbour have agency over the supply, generation, and distribution of that energy.
By joining LETS, you'll be part of making your community energy independent.

Past Events
We are going to host a new drop-in at Spooky Boogie on Sunday June 21st between 2-3pm. Our aim is to come to the community and meet you where you are most comfortable. We imagine over the next few months to host these at various places that locals go. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get answers about how you can change your home energy usage.
Visit the Lyttelton Energy Transition Society at the farmers market to find out more about the society.

Join us for LETS bi-montly speakers series focusing on community energy.

An opportunity to be inspired by people who have made community energy happen. The film "We the Power" will be followed by a discussion and then supper. Plenty of opportunity to discuss with friends and fellow neighbours.
